Environmental performance of container houses: Can they be recycled?

• The house structure adopts a steel factory prefabricated form, which minimizes the construction waste generated at the installation site.
• Flat Packing houses have good thermal insulation and heat preservation performance, which can effectively maintain indoor temperature and reduce energy consumption.
• The window design of box houses fully considers lighting and ventilation so that the house can use natural light and reduce reliance on artificial lighting.

In addition, to actively respond to China's dual carbon policy, Tseason has tested the carbon emissions of the entire life cycle of its products. Taking box houses as an example, compared with fixed buildings, the carbon emissions of box houses are only 30% of the carbon emissions of fixed buildings in the same area. Each reuse can reduce carbon emissions by 4.38 tons.
