All Tseason series house products have good water and leak resistance performance.

Assembly houses and light steel villa products have corresponding structural waterproof patents and anti-leakage process measures.

For box house products, we adopt a four-corner centralized drainage method. Through shower tests, it can meet 16mm/min precipitation under a smooth drainage system, equivalent to medium to heavy rain.

If the local rainfall is significant or frequent, adding a double-slope roof and changing the drainage method from centralized drainage to roof drainage can also help reduce the noise caused by rainwater hitting the roof.
