CSCEC Ecuador Employee Dormitory

The CSCEC Ecuador Employee Dormitory was constructed and completed in 2022 in Quito, Ecuador. Spanning approximately 5,000 square meters, the project accommodates around 100 employees, primarily catering to the housing needs of CSCEC's personnel working on projects in Ecuador.

The dormitory adopts the Tseason flat pack house design concept, utilizing multiple flat pack units to form a cohesive structure. This approach offers several advantages, including rapid construction, cost-effectiveness, and disassembling and relocating the facility. Additionally, the project incorporates green building technologies, such as solar power generation and rainwater harvesting, to promote energy conservation and environmental sustainability.
