EVE Energy High-performance Lithium-ion Cylindrical Battery Industrial Park Project in Jingmen, Hubei, China

Tseason's Roommate sandwich panels were selected for the project and tested and certified by the US FM. They provide superior wind and water resistance through high-performance sliding bearings and 540° locking seams to achieve Class 1 waterproofing. They are also in line with the concept of assembly construction, which is accurate and efficient and reduces material waste and energy consumption, realizing green building and sustainable development.

The wall panels use the Tseason purlin-free system wall structure, which eliminates the need for purlins and liner plates, reduces resource consumption, dramatically improves the construction efficiency, shortens the construction period, and lowers the construction cost. Moreover, the purlin-free system has fewer thermal bridges and higher heat insulation performance compared with the purlin system. The exterior wall of the project is equipped with a Tseason mineral wool sandwich panel.

Tseason mineral wool sandwich panel, which has also been certified and tested by US FM, adopts the patented new generation of staggered double-supported notches and 3D reinforcing spacers, which bring higher strength and excellent wind resistance, and the multi-functional polyurethane sealing also gives the panel and system better thermal insulation and waterproofing function.

The overall color choice of the industrial park breaks away from the traditional impression of industrial buildings, using yellow and orange as the primary colors.
