Fosun Pharma (Xuzhou) Industrial Park is a state-of-the-art facility located on a 436-acre site, strategically divided into three major sectors: a Formulation Cluster (covering all dosage forms), an Insulin Production Cluster, and a Medical Equipment Cluster. The park also features essential infrastructure, including an Engineering Center, Quality Center, Power Center, Administrative Center, and supporting auxiliary facilities.
The project is built around four fundamental principles: Innovation, Lean Production, Green Manufacturing, and Smart Manufacturing. These principles guide the design, construction, and operation phases to create a benchmark international manufacturing base with a global-quality system, flexible production processes, and digitized operational systems.
The project's first phase represents an investment of approximately 674 million RMB and covers a construction area of 75,604.84 square meters. The site is divided into five functional zones: a Solid Dosage Form Workshop, a Warehouse Center, a Power Maintenance Workshop, a Medical Equipment Workshop, and an Office & R&D Center. The park is now officially operational.
Architecturally, the entire Fosun Pharma (Xuzhou) Industrial Park features a clean, streamlined, and modern exterior. The building facades follow a minimalist design approach, emphasizing the technological and innovative character of the bio-pharmaceutical industry park.
Tseason sandwich panels, except for the warehouse center, were used for the building's exterior cladding. These panels feature a rock wool core, ensuring they meet the project's stringent fire safety requirements. The slow-rebound foam gasket and tongue-and-groove rock wool joint design provide excellent air-tightness and water-tightness, while the double-support structure enhances the panels' wind resistance. Tseason's specialized 3D gaskets offer superior support, making the panels more even and refined. The Tseason sandwich panels complement the unitized glass curtain walls beautifully, adding streamlined elegance to the building's façade and enhancing the overall sense of volume.
