Project Overview:
Karma Grand Mosque is located in the central axis of Algiers, the capital of Albania, with a project area of 400,000 square meters, including 12 buildings, such as the minaret, the prayer hall, the Islamic Institute, the library, and the cultural center. Among them, the minaret is 265 meters high, which will challenge the world's tallest minaret. Upon completion, the project will be the tallest and most prominent building in Africa and the third-largest mosque in the world, providing an essential religious gathering place for 36,000 Muslims in Albania.
Tseason was selected to provide integrated camps for China Construction Group, combining office, living, and entertainment facilities. This decision stemmed from China Construction Group's extensive housing projects nationwide and the client's intention to repurpose the high-quality, modular camps in Algeria upon project completion.
Solution:
1. Tseason modular house
Combining modules to complete the layout requirements, office, conference module, and bathroom modules reasonable combination to meet diversified needs, standardized design to make the structural connection more versatile, and can then be connected to any two directions, the use of housing function extension and change.
Highly integrated module, complete indoor facilities, prefabricated circuits, no need for secondary decoration on site, all the whole lifting, fast installation speed. The entire package transportation saves transportation space and time. Longer service life can be turned over often, conducive to the cycle of construction projects, re-use.
2. High-quality construction
All the sandwich panels used in Tseason are specially made according to Algeria's climate characteristics. They are upgraded comprehensively in thermal insulation, sealing performance, and wind-resistant performance, and they offer far more comfort than conventional temporary housing.
