Pirelli entered the Chinese market in 2005 and now has three factories in China, including the Shandong Yanzhou factory, one of the most advanced in the world. It focuses on high-performance passenger cars and motorcycle tires and has also been named a national green factory. It constantly optimizes and innovates its production processes and equipment and achieves outstanding energy consumption and waste recycling results.
A green factory has realized the intensification of land use, the harmlessness of raw materials, the cleanliness of production, the resourcefulness of waste, and the low carbonization of energy. In the Pirelli Yanzhou factory project, Tseason, with years of innovative research and development of green building materials, provided sustainable metal enclosure system solutions.
High-performance metal roofing system for Pirelli's PNCS workshop expansion project.
The roof of the PNCS (Pirelli Noise Cancellation System™) workshop extension is covered with Tseason's Vertical Locking Seam Roofing System, an assembled, high-performance metal roofing system developed by Tseason with a Class 1 waterproofing rating. With modular pre-punched holes technology, the holes are molded with high precision on the production line to ensure a tight fit between the roof panel and the accessories, bringing a reliable waterproof sealing effect.
The high-performance sliding bearing supports a maximum locking seam angle of 540°, providing reliable water tightness and anti-freeze-thaw performance for ultra-long single-slope roofs or snow-freezing and thawing cycle areas and super strong wind resistance. The product has passed the U.S. FM certification, the water tightness and airtightness test of ASRM, the static wind test of the National Building Materials Industry Testing Center of China, and the GB dynamic wind load test.
Moreover, the Tseason wall sandwich panel vertical locking seam roofing system adopts assembly-type installation, which is precise and fast and significantly improves construction efficiency. Its reliable overlap waterproof structure supports different arrangements of roof light panels, creating a more uniform and comfortable lighting experience for the interior.
