Hunan Sanan Semiconductor Project has a total investment of about 16 billion RMB, covers an area of 667,000 ㎡, and builds a vertically integrated production line of silicon carbide, covering substrate materials, epitaxial growth, chip manufacturing, packaging, testing, etc. The products include silicon carbide power diodes and MOSFETs to accelerate the popularization of wide-band semiconductor power devices with "New Quality Productivity."

The horizontal direction of the project site is constructed with a long crystal workshop, substrate workshop, epitaxial workshop, chip workshop, and sealing and testing workshop turn, as the semiconductor industry has stringent requirements for the construction of the workshop facade, which needs to take into account the corrosion-resistant performance and safety and fire prevention performance. This project utilizes Tseason's eco-friendly building materials, which have received FM certification for the exterior walls. The interior features high-density insulation with fire-resistant, hydrophobic rock wool, providing excellent fire protection. The panels are coated with PVDF, offering superior chemical resistance and durability against weathering and the passage of time. The rock wool core is edge-sealed with polyurethane, delivering exceptional airtightness, waterproofing, and wind resistance, ensuring optimal protection for the project workshop.
The contrast between white gray and iron blue gray collides with a modern visual effect and highlights the building's sense of lines and blocks, creating an impression of professionalism, advancement, and high technology.
The project's raw material warehouse's exterior wall also uses the hidden nail veneer wall system from Tseason, which is seamlessly connected through hidden fastening construction, integrating waterproofing and wind resistance.
